Description
Very often found on kitchen restaurant doors and other commercial situations, these hinges will allow the door to swing both ways and will arrive back at the closed position. Also known as saloon door hinges or bomber hinges. Supplied with tension pins, which are inserted into holes in the spine of the hinge once the hinge has been tensioned to the desired closing speed. These hinges should not be used to close a fire door as they are not recognised as a tested means.
