Returns Policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS :

You may decide to return your order to us within 7 days of having received it stating the reason for your decision by e-mail before organising uplift of the goods. It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return and the appropriate insurance of the goods, we will apply a 30% handling and re-stocking charge.

The goods must be returned in their original packaging and unopened, and upon receipt and inspection any refund owing to you will be made within 30 days by the same payment method you used for the initial purchase, incorrect or over ordered goods will also incur a 30% restocking charge, the customer has 7 days upon collection/delivery to make sure they are happy with their goods.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for refunds or replacements if the goods are not returned to us in a saleable condition unaltered or removed from the original packaging. Any goods returned must be in a condition suitable for re-sale, if a product is in anyway open, cut, hinged, used or altered then under no circumstances will there be a refund or credit made.

Special order items and non-stock items, products which have been custom-made, ordered, modified or bespoke to your requirements cannot be changed or refunded once we have confirmed the order to you, E&OE.
